• Washington Land Based Casinos

    The state of Washington offers a selection of casino and wagering opportunities. Washington casinos are not legally obligated to announce pay outs on slots.

    Washington casinos vary from small freestanding businesses to big resorts with hotels, dining rooms, spas, and shows.     Washington’s gambling restrictions allow for a fair amount of leeway with regards to legal wagering in Washington casinos, as well as for charitable gaming. Net gaming, however, is not legal in Washington and is a class C felony. Internet horse wagering is acceptable in a handful of circumstances. No charge or practice money internet wagering is still authorized. Washington casinos didn’t speak out on the new rules, certainly because they beyond question are positioned to benefit from them.
